Connection you never think about.

Reliable internet, secure networking, and WiFi that actually works. For your office, your remote team, and everywhere in between.

Connectivity is the foundation

Your business runs on connectivity. When the internet drops, work stops. When WiFi is patchy, video calls freeze. When remote staff can't connect securely, they find workarounds that create risk. That's why connectivity is a foundation of any managed IT strategy.

We design and manage connectivity solutions that just work. No more calling your ISP, no more mysterious dead zones, no more “can you hear me now?” on important calls. We handle the complexity so your team can focus on their actual jobs.

We handle the provider, the installation, and the ongoing relationship, so you don't have to.

Why connectivity projects fail

Most connectivity problems aren't about the internet itself. They're about everything around it.

  • Consumer-grade equipment in business environments. That router from your ISP wasn't designed for 50 users, video conferencing, and cloud applications running simultaneously. It works fine for a household, it's a bottleneck for a business.
  • WiFi designed for coverage, not capacity. A single access point might technically cover your office. But when 30 people connect, everything slows down. Proper enterprise wireless handles density, not just distance.
  • No redundancy planning. When your only connection fails, you have zero connectivity. A cheap 4G backup could have kept you running while the fibre was being fixed.
  • Security as an afterthought. Open networks, no segmentation, guest WiFi on the same network as your servers. Connectivity and network security need to be designed together.

Connectivity that's actually managed

We don't just install equipment and walk away. We monitor, maintain, and improve your connectivity continuously.

Proactive monitoring. We see problems before you do. Performance degradation, high latency, connection instability, we're alerted and investigating while you're still working normally.

Single point of contact. When something goes wrong, you call us. We deal with ISPs, hardware vendors, and whoever else needs to be involved. No more being bounced between providers.

Regular optimisation. Network usage changes over time. We review performance, adjust configurations, and recommend upgrades before problems develop.

Documentation and visibility. You'll always know what you have, how it's configured, and how it's performing. No black boxes.

What we deliver
§01

Business connectivity services

Reliability, not just speed
01 / Business fibre
Fast, reliable internet
Enterprise-grade internet with SLAs, fast fault resolution, and proper support. Not consumer broadband with a business label.
02 / SD-WAN
Multi-site networking
Connect offices, warehouses, and remote sites securely. Automatic failover, traffic prioritisation, and centralised management.
03 / Managed WiFi
Enterprise wireless
No more dead zones or dropped connections. Properly designed coverage with guest networks, security, and remote management.

Connectivity challenges we solve

In practice
Office relocation
Moving premises
New office means new connectivity from scratch. We coordinate ISP provisioning early, design the infrastructure, plan WiFi coverage, and ensure everything works before you move in.
Hybrid work
Remote & office staff
Remote work needs secure, reliable access to company resources. VPN, zero-trust access, or cloud-based approaches that let your team work from anywhere without compromising security.
Growth
Outgrowing your setup
What worked for 20 people doesn't work for 60. We assess your current infrastructure, identify bottlenecks, and upgrade strategically rather than replacing everything at once.
Reliability
Can't afford downtime
For some businesses, an hour offline costs thousands. We design high-availability connectivity with automatic failover, redundant paths, and monitoring that alerts us the moment something goes wrong.

Connectivity, answered

FAQ

For most businesses, yes. A single internet connection is a single point of failure. Backup options range from a cheap 4G/5G failover to a dual fibre setup with automatic failover. Cost depends on downtime tolerance, a manufacturer losing a day of production needs more resilience than a consultancy.

SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) combines multiple connections, fibre, 4G/5G, secondary fibre, and intelligently routes traffic for performance and resilience. If you have multiple sites or need guaranteed uptime for cloud applications, SD-WAN is worth evaluating.

Yes. We onboard existing networks, we audit the setup, document it, tune where needed, and take ownership of monitoring and changes. No rip-and-replace required unless equipment is genuinely end-of-life.

Standard business fibre in NZ ranges from 100Mbps to 10Gbps depending on location and provider. Australia offers similar speeds in capital cities, with NBN Enterprise Ethernet as the common business product. We recommend plans based on actual business usage, most SMEs overspend on bandwidth they don't use.
